At Proview Home Services LLC, we realize that commercial work is completely different than residential painting. Painting at business, government building, medical center, or school requires specialized work that not a lot of other painting companies can provide. For years now, we have been serving the needs of property owners in the greater north Atlanta area, and we know that when you choosing someone to work in these sometimes very sensitive environments is a very important decision to make. You want to feel comfortable with them working around you, your employees, and potentially your customers, children, or patients. Intricate prep work will be needed for commercial sites, and our team members have over 30 years of combines experience doing these types of projects. OUR PROCESS

First and foremost, we will need to sit down with you and discuss one-on-one what your goals are for the project. We want to be sure that we have a clear understanding of the look you are going for so that our team can deliver professional results. Our color specialists will work with you to ensure that the colors you choose for the inside or outside of your location don't clash. There's nothing that turns away potential customers more that a gaudy business exterior that clashes with the surrounding environment, or an interior that is hard on the eyes or doesn't match well with the other rooms. Next, we will schedule a time and date for the project to start that fits in with your busy work environment.

Before the work is started, we will be sure that all the necessary prep work is completed. Inside of the location, holes or dents in walls, ceilings or baseboards will be taken care of. Furniture, office supplies, and other items will either be moved to the center of the room, or removed completely. Then, we will put down drop cloths on your belongings and on the floor to protect them from splashes or drips. We will prepare surfaces using scraping and priming when needed, and then apply new coat of paint.

On the outside of your location, we will be sure that the surfaces are properly cleaned with hand or pressure washing to make sure that there is no build-up grime or mildew beneath the new coat of paint. Next, we will do any required repair work with holes or re-caulking spaces around window or door frames. We will then add the premium paint to the building, and when we are finished, we ask that you perform a visual inspection to be sure everything is to your liking. If not, let us know, and we can take care of it for you on the spot.
